As a graduate of Goodman's MBA Program specializing in Management and Strategy, I have experience helping organizations grow to reach their target objectives through best practices and innovative ideas! Currently I am leading Auxly Cannabis Group's (TSX:XLY) global talent strategy. Furthermore, I am honoured to have received the Beta Gamma Sigma accreditation for finishing within the top 10% of business students worldwide highlighting their academic excellence.

My unique approach to talent strategy includes a thorough combination of marketing and recruitment tactics. By utilizing these skills, I have successfully developed multiple employer brands, created exceptional awareness, and established brand equity within the labour market.

My performance today draws on the core strengths I’ve fostered since the beginning of my career; connection and communication, both internally with my team and externally with clients. Personally, I am candid, highly disciplined, organized and my integrity is principal. I believe one's ability to anticipate, learn and adapt to the lighting fast speed of change is everything.

When I'm not working, I enjoy playing competitive soccer and I am a former OUA Varsity Athlete for Brock Soccer and Canadian Soccer League Player.

I love travelling! I participated in Exchange at the Stockholm School of Business and currently have travelled to over 26 countries. I believe these experiences travelling have allowed me to comprehensively understand global labour markets and various industries on a personal level.

During my professional experience, I have worked with many leading Canadian organizations in a talent acquisition capacity. At Corus Entertainment (TSX:CJR.B), I helped define their modern recruitment strategy and collaborated with various departments to develop and implement recruitment tools and guides for all hiring managers. At Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE), I helped align the human resources strategy to the business strategy and led the Venues & Technology division hiring. I recently directed the strategic recruitment for flagstone accounts such as Audi and Hydro One at XMC Experiential Marketing Agency.

My educational background lies in Human Resources and Labour Relations. I hold a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management with a specialization in Recruitment from George Brown College and an honours dual degree in Labour Relations and Sociology from Brock University. This degree gave me an insight into both the employer-centric area of business and the sociological human-centric aspect of candidates.

A personal highlight of mine is that I am the founder of an exciting and memorable annual charity golf tournament in Niagara-on-the-Lake. The People’s Cup is an eventful tournament where 100% of the proceeds help improve recreational sports access for underprivileged children in the Niagara and Greater Toronto Area. I strongly feel that the right to play sport is a necessity, as this develops vital relationship-building skills and work ethics required later in life. This is because no matter the scenario, the key to life is found through teamwork and surrounding yourself with those who push you to be the best version of yourself.

Developing and managing this charity event has allowed me to give back using a passion for one of my main hobbies, golfing. During the summers on any given Saturday, you can find me on the golf course, and during the winters, you can most likely find me out with friends and family or playing various winter sports.
